In most cases, FedEx will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning it to our warehouse. When a courier is unable to deliver your package, they will leave a tag on your door informing you of the package number and the next delivery attempt.
You can also contact FedEx Customer Service at 800 FedEx (800 33339) to specify your available date and time for delivery, or to request them to hold your shipment at any of their Service Centers (list available online) for a self-pickup.
Once your order has been returned to our warehouse and we're unable to reach you after a week's timeframe, we will cancel your order.
All shipping costs related to re-shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
